We started the hottest day of our visit so far by leaving our hostel in Shlomi and driving to Majrase, near the Kinneret. There, we did a short water hike in the waist-deep river, which ended with us all soaking wet, before we headed to Tiberias, where we had around an hour in a shopping mall and many of us finally got to try kosher McDonalds. 
We then walked slightly down the road to see the Rambam's grave and drove to Kinneret Cemetery, where we heard the story of Rachel, one of the pioneers of Kinneret Kibbutz. 
Lastly, we went down to another part of the Kinneret to enjoy some water activities which involved inflatables and speedboats, and where I somehow managed to fall in twice, before finally going to the next hostel, in Ma'yan Harod, for some well earned sleep.Guy Danny-Joory
